XIAOBI ships internationally from designated fulfillment centers. Available shipping destinations, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to inventory availability.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order weight. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are not included unless explicitly stated. For orders over $39, enjoy free shipping. The shipping cost of $9.99, lower than $39. 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our shipping fees typically include import duties for most countries. However, a small number of countries (such as Brazil and Switzerland) may impose additional import taxes. In such cases, the recipient may be responsible for these taxes and duties. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active depending on the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. XIAOBI is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support. We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier; however, delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our direct control.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue.
