1. Warranty Period

Standard Warranty: All xiaobi hardware products (e.g., HDD docking stations, SSD enclosures, USB hubs) come with a 12-month (1 year) limited warranty from the date of purchase.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

3. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, xiaobi will:

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished one of equivalent performance.
  • Refund the purchase price if a replacement is not available.

4. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Data Loss: xiaobi is NOT responsible for any data loss incurred while using our products. We strongly recommend regular backups.
  • Third-party Hardware: Damage caused by hard drives or other devices used in conjunction with xiaobi products
  • Misuse: Damage from drops, unauthorized repairs, water damage, or improper voltage input.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches or cosmetic damage over time.

5. How to Claim Warranty
