Q1: What is the maximum capacity supported by the Xiaobi hard drive docking station?
Supports SATA hard drives (2.5/3.5 inches) with a maximum capacity of 18TB or more per drive. For ultra-high-capacity hard drives released in 2026 and beyond, as long as they comply with the SATA standard protocol, they will generally be perfectly compatible.
Q2: How to use the offline cloning function of the docking station?
1. Insert the source drive into the Source slot and the target drive into the Target slot (the target drive's capacity must be greater than or equal to the source drive's capacity); 2. Switch the toggle to Clone mode; 3. Connect the power supply and press and hold the clone button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes; 4. The process is complete when all progress indicator lights (25%-100%) are illuminated.
Q3: Why is the offline cloning process stuck at 25% and not progressing?
This usually means there are physical bad sectors on the source or target drive. The cloning process will repeatedly attempt to read sectors that are unreadable. It is recommended to connect the drive to a computer and use software to check its health status.
